| At home, in his office, during private or business trips, Dr. Friedrich Krügler - meteorologist on board "Anton Dohrn" during many cruises -always had his photo camera ready. Thousands of his photos and slides on clouds, the sea and vessels are widely known: in the Marine Cloud Album of WMO, in scientific publications, in books, in the offices of the German Meteorological Service and university institutes.
